We’re excited to offer two opportunities for Finance Business Partners — one focused on our Joint Ventures and the other supporting our National Support Office.

Mō te Tūranga | About the Role

This is your chance to step into a senior strategic role where your insights will truly make an impact. As our Senior Finance Business Partner, you will lead the business partnering and financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function for either our Joint Ventures and Investments or our National Support Office (NSO). Reporting to the GM of Business Partnering and Analytics, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy, operational efficiency, and governance — ensuring we achieve sustainable growth while supporting strategic decisions that enhance value across the organisation.

This role is all about impact. You’ll deliver sharp financial insights, robust forecasting, and meaningful reporting that guide senior leaders and stakeholders in making sound, commercially driven decisions. From driving budgeting and forecasting processes to creating value-driver dashboards and analysing key metrics, you’ll be a trusted advisor who challenges thinking, uncovers opportunities, and ensures resources are allocated effectively.

With your team of talented business partners, you’ll foster strong cross-functional relationships and lead initiatives that improve processes, systems, and financial practices. Your work will not only support financial performance but also contribute to smarter investments and better outcomes — helping us deliver exceptional care while strengthening our position as a leader in New Zealand’s healthcare sector.
