We’re excited to offer two opportunities for Finance Business Partners — one focused on our Joint Ventures and the other supporting our Wholly Owned Hospitals and Group operations.

Mō te Tūranga | About the Role

Are you ready to use your financial expertise to make a real impact? As our Finance Business Partner, you’ll be a trusted advisor to hospital leadership teams, working closely with GMs, CEOs, and senior managers to drive financial performance and strategic growth. Reporting to the Senior Finance Business Partner, you’ll deliver timely, accurate, and forward-looking insights that shape decisions across clinical, operational, and commercial areas — ensuring our financial strategies support exceptional patient care and sustainable growth.

You’ll play a pivotal role in business partnering and performance management — from budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to preparing insightful financial models that support operational decisions, service improvements, and capital investments. You’ll drive efficiencies by analysing existing processes, optimising resource utilisation, and enhancing financial literacy across the group, empowering leadership teams to make informed, data-driven decisions.

This role is about more than just numbers — it’s about creating value. You’ll identify opportunities to improve profitability while maintaining high-quality care, lead cost-efficiency initiatives, and contribute to strategic projects such as pricing reviews, transformation initiatives, and joint venture business cases. By fostering collaboration and building strong relationships, you’ll help shape a financially sustainable future while supporting innovation and growth across our hospital network.
