 Come join us as a permanent Vineyard Operator. We are NZ owned and operated and are focused on doing a good job and knowing you can go home having done a good days work. This role is hands on, operating tractors and other vineyard machinery to ensure we can grow great grapes, to make amazing wine, sustainably.

So, what does this role look like?

· Efficiently operating tractors or other machinery

· Following instructions and SOPs

· Working independently but as part of a larger team

· Doing seasonal tasks such as mowing, mulching, spraying, and harvesting

Along with a genuine health and safety focus, you’ll have:

  · Ideally experience in horticulture/viticulture/agriculture

· The ability to legally work in NZ

· A high level of physical fitness, and the ability to work long or varied hours as required

· Class 1 license with W and F endorsement    

· A great attitude

Skills & Experience

Practical, able to operate tractors and other machinery, able to follow instructions and operating procedures, and have safety as a non-negotiable
