Technical Viticulturist
Here at Yealands, we are a tight-knit and sustainability-led team that produces delicious wines! We are currently recruiting for a Technical Viticulturist to join our National Supply Team!
What's the importance of this role in our workplace?
This role champions the development and coordination of vineyard technical activities at Yealands, focusing on enhancing wine quality, as well as vineyard and winery efficiency, productivity, and sustainability.
Are you the right person for us?
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Viticulture.
- Tertiary qualification in viticulture or horticulture is preferred, but not essential.
- A deep interest in understanding the wine industry and viticultural processes.
- Commercial business acumen and computer literacy in all Windows-based applications.
- The ability to work in cross-functional teams, building-wide and effective networks inside and outside the business.
- Adapts and works effectively in different situations, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
