Senior Marketing Co-ordinator

Remote role

Active+ is the largest New Zealand owned supplier of rehabilitation services in New Zealand, with over 1,500 health providers across a wide range of disciplines delivering service across New Zealand. We’ve been in business since 1990 and are owned by Southern Cross Healthcare New Zealand.

Mō te Tūranga | About the Role

As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a key role in bringing the Active+ brand to life and helping shape how we're seen by clients, providers and communities across New Zealand. Working closely with the Head of Partnerships, Southern Cross Healthcare's Brand and Marketing team, and external marketing partners, you'll deliver creative marketing initiatives that build brand awareness, strengthen engagement and support business growth. This is a hands-on role where you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact while working across a diverse range of exciting projects.

No two days will be the same. You'll coordinate and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print and social media channels, manage website content, SEO and Google Ads, and create compelling marketing collateral that resonates with a variety of audiences. You'll also take ownership of our LinkedIn and Facebook presence, produce provider newsletters, coordinate events and sponsorships from concept through to delivery, and ensure every piece of communication reflects the Active+ brand with consistency and excellence.

You'll work alongside creative agencies, designers and digital partners to bring ideas to life, while providing marketing expertise across key business initiatives. From managing marketing projects and monitoring budgets to supporting stakeholder communications and championing brand governance, you'll thrive in a varied role where your creativity, organisation and relationship-building skills will help drive meaningful outcomes for both the business and the people we support. This is a full-time, fixed-term position for 12 months to cover parental leave. The role can be performed fully remotely and, for the right candidate, we are flexible regarding working hours, with options ranging from 25 to 40 hours per week.
