About the role | Mō te tūnga  

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Senior Advisor to join our People & Wellbeing team in Wellington. The role would be perfect for someone looking for their next challenge in the People & Wellbeing space, as you would be joining a supportive environment, with the space to learn and grow in a new role. This mahi is deeply meaningful and requires a workplace culture that is safe, supportive, and empowering for our people.   The Senior Advisor plays a critical role with this, in ensuring our people are well supported, and our organisation remains a great place to work.

Your day to day could look like: 

  • Providing expert advice to our people leaders on all areas of the employee lifecycle
  • Ensuring  compliance with employment legislation, policies, and best practice.
  • Partnering with managers and leaders to build capability and confidence in people leadership.
  • Supporting continuous improvement across our People & Wellbeing practices.
