Make a difference with Surf Life Saving New Zealand
Since 1910, Surf Life Saving New Zealand (SLSNZ) has been at the heart of keeping Kiwis safe in the water. Every summer, thousands of volunteer surf lifeguards give their time to protect lives and prevent drownings on beaches across the country.
We’re a charitable, volunteer-led organisation delivering vital lifeguard services, emergency call-out response, beach safety education, surf sport events, and world-class training. Proudly not-for-profit, we rely on the generosity of donors, funders, and partners to do what we do.
We’re looking for an Office and Team Support Lead to keep our Auckland office running smoothly, providing vital support to our leadership team and Board. This role is ideal for someone who loves variety, enjoys bringing people and events together, and thrives on making sure things run like clockwork.

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same and where your ability to keep people and projects organised will make a real difference.
