National Account Support Manager – On-Premise and Retail

Role purpose


The role exists to ensure national account strategy is translated into consistent, high-quality execution across on-premise channels of a national business. It enables sales teams and customers to deliver at pace while maintaining commercial discipline and regulatory compliance.

About the role


This position sits at the centre of a fast-moving, trend-led liquor environment. It connects sales, customers, and internal teams to bring campaigns, partnerships, and product innovation to market with precision and energy. The role demands strong relationship management, clear communication, and the ability to operate across multiple priorities without loss of control.

Key responsibilities

  • Support execution of national account plans across all channels
  • Ensure pricing, promotions, and trading terms are implemented accurately
  • Coordinate campaigns, activations, and new product launches
  • Provide timely, accurate reporting and performance insights
  • Manage cross-functional alignment across sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain
  • Identify and address execution risk early

Requirements

  • Experience in FMCG, beverage, or liquor environments preferred
  • Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to perform in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
  • High standards of accuracy and accountability
