National Account Support Manager – On-Premise and Retail

This role sits at the centre of a fast-moving, trend-led liquor category, ensuring sales plans convert to consistent, high-quality in-market execution. It directly supports sales teams, customers, and internal stakeholders to deliver campaigns, partnerships, and innovation with pace and precision.

You will take ownership of execution across on-premise channels, ensuring pricing integrity, promotional compliance, and contractual accuracy are maintained at all times. The role requires strong commercial judgement, disciplined attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities without loss of control.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver national sales plans on time, in full, and to agreed standards
  • Maintain pricing, promotional, and trading term accuracy
  • Coordinate campaigns, activations, and product launches end-to-end
  • Provide clear, accurate reporting to support commercial decisions
  • Align internal teams across sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain

Requirements

  • Experience in FMCG, beverage, or liquor environments
  • Strong commercial and analytical capability
  • Proven ability to operate at pace with high accuracy
  • Effective stakeholder management and communication
