About the role: Reporting to the Life & Health Centre Manager, you’ll manage the underwriting pipeline for both the Life & Health Centre & Mobile clients, providing efficient, high quality and proactive administration support working with tight deadlines. You will also be responsible for ensuring a smooth and timely claim experience for our clients - working with the L&H Advisors and external providers to help get claims settled quickly. This is a varied fast paced role, where no two days are ever the same. You will be based in Palmerston North with our Life and Health Centre.

About you:
- Amazing time management skills
- Strong organisational skills, with attention to detail and priority management
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent Team Player
- The ability to navigate and use at an intermediate level, Microsoft Office / Outlook / SharePoint, alongside working within an organisations Intranet and 3rd Party Provider Platforms
