This is a newly created senior leadership role within the Digital team, reporting to the Head of Digital, and is a key part of Toi Ohomai’s evolving digital operating model.
As Information Systems and Security Manager, you will lead ICT operations and cyber security while actively driving modernisation and continuous improvement across our core systems and technology platforms. This role goes beyond operational stability, it is about strengthening organisational resilience, lifting digital maturity, and enabling safe, reliable digital services that support both day-to-day operations and future change.

You will play a critical role in shaping how technology supports Toi Ohomai’s strategy, ensuring our systems are secure, resilient, and fit for purpose as the organisation continues to transform.
Ngā mahi | Key Responsibilities
· Lead ICT infrastructure, enterprise applications, service desk operations, and cyber security.
· Ensure core systems and services are secure, reliable, and resilient.
· Own cyber security and operational risk management, including assurance and continuous improvement.
· Drive modernisation of infrastructure and platforms to support digital transformation.
· Partner closely with the Digital Solutions Manager to ensure new solutions are operationally ready, secure, and sustainable.
· Develop and maintain technology roadmaps aligned to organisational strategy.
· Lead, coach, and develop ICT teams and manage key vendors and partners.
· Provide trusted advice to leaders on technology risk, resilience, and capability.
