Finance Business Partner
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis, this role partners with our Sales, Marketing and Enablement & Optimisation teams to provide financial analysis and reporting, forecasting and commercial insights. You’ll help the business understand the financial impact of sales and marketing decisions, including what they mean for both Growers and Rockit.
What You’ll Be Doing
· Partner with Sales, Marketing and Enablement teams to deliver accurate forecasting, budgeting and commercial planning.
· Analyse financial performance, forecast accuracy and key business drivers to provide clear insights and recommendations.
· Build and maintain financial models to assess pricing, promotions, channel mix and new product opportunities.
· Prepare reporting on marketing spend, incentives, rebates, accruals and sales performance across key markets, customers and channels.
Skills You’ll Bring
· Financial and/or commercial accounting experience with a relevant tertiary qualification
· Strong analytical, modelling and reporting capability.
· High attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality.
· Advanced Excel skills and strong overall IT capability.
· Ability to build effective working relationships with finance, sales, marketing and management teams.
· Clear communicator who can translate financial information for non-finance stakeholders.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing and changing business.
