Finance Business Partner – 6 Month FTC
Auckland
Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
Are you ready to use your financial expertise to make a real impact? As our Finance Business Partner, you'll work closely with hospital leadership teams, providing the financial insight and commercial guidance needed to support performance, drive strategic decision-making, and deliver exceptional healthcare outcomes across our network.
This is a role for a commercially minded finance professional who thrives on partnering with operational leaders and turning financial data into meaningful business outcomes. You'll support budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and financial planning while helping leaders understand the drivers behind results and identify opportunities for improvement. Working across a diverse portfolio of hospitals and group functions, you'll contribute to key initiatives that support operational performance, service development, and sustainable growth.
More than just reporting numbers, you'll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing commercial insight, challenging thinking, and helping shape decisions that balance financial performance with patient care outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity to join a large, purpose-led organisation and make an immediate impact within a collaborative and supportive team environment.
This is a 6-month fixed-term position based at our National Support Office in Auckland CBD.
