The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Designer to lead the design of the Rockit brand across all touchpoints. This is a hands-on, influential role where you’ll shape world-class creative, protect and elevate our brand, and set the standard for premium design execution across global markets.

You’ll work closely with marketing, leadership, and external partners to ensure every Rockit branded output is consistent, compelling, and unmistakably Rockit.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all creative strictly adheres to established brand guidelines
  • Conceptualise and deliver innovative visual design that captures attention, drive engagement and clearly communicate the Rockit customer value proposition
  • Lead the development of Rockit Global design systems, including briefing, workflow, job management, and archiving
  • Design across a wide range of outputs including packaging, POSM, campaigns, digital advertising, brochures, and email templates
  • Build and manage global design templates to lift creative quality and consistency across markets
  • Support senior leadership with high-quality presentations
  • Manage Rockit’s newsletter and other internal design communication platforms
  • Partner with and manage external agencies and suppliers to deliver creative to Rockit’s global standard
  • Play a key role in developing the future design capability at Rockit

About You

You’ll bring:

  • 5+ years’ professional design experience
  • A strong eye for detail and high-quality execution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to build strong internal and external relationships
  • Strong organisational skills, with project management experience desirable
  • Confidence working independently while thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Advanced computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign and Photoshop (experience with social media platforms is desirable)
  • A practical, can-do attitude – happy to pitch in and support the wider team when needed
