We are looking for a Corporate Account Manager to manage a portfolio of corporate and government fleet customers and support the delivery of fleet sales across Toyota New Zealand.

This is a permanent, full-time role that can be based in either our Auckland office or our Head Office in Palmerston North.

This role plays a key part within the Direct Sales & New Business team, focused on maintaining customer relationships, delivering fleet proposals, and working closely with internal teams to ensure vehicles are planned and delivered in line with customer needs.

What you will be doing: 

  • Growing a portfolio of corporate and government fleet customers, building strong, long-term partnerships
  • Developing tailored proposals that support successful customer outcomes
  • Monitor account performance and pipeline activity, working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to support customer requirements and account outcomes

About you: 

Our ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys working with customers, takes ownership of their portfolio, and can balance relationship management with delivery of results. Alongside this, you will bring:

  • Experience in account or portfolio management 
  • Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills 
  • Confidence analysing information and monitoring performance 
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills 
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach 
  • An understanding of the automotive industry is beneficial
