As our Business Growth and Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the next chapter of our organisation's success. This is far more than a traditional management position—it's an opportunity to bring together commercial expertise and operational leadership to ensure that what we promise our clients is matched by exceptional delivery. You'll own the entire client journey, from identifying and securing new business opportunities through to ensuring outstanding service outcomes, creating seamless experiences that build trust, strengthen partnerships, and fuel sustainable growth.
Working at both a strategic and operational level, you'll drive revenue growth, develop and execute innovative business development strategies, and build a strong pipeline of future opportunities. You'll lead tenders and contract negotiations, cultivate influential relationships with clients and stakeholders, and use market insights to identify emerging opportunities. At the same time, you'll provide inspiring leadership to multidisciplinary teams, building capability, fostering accountability, and creating a high-performing culture that thrives in a dynamic and evolving environment.
This is a role for someone who loves turning ideas into action. You'll design and refine systems that enable scalable, efficient service delivery, ensuring resources, operations, and client commitments are aligned for long-term success. Using data and insights to guide decision-making, you'll monitor performance, optimise financial outcomes, and continuously improve the way we work.
