Due to internal movement, FMG is looking for an enthusiastic people leader to become Area Manager in the Taranaki region, to lead and coach a high performing and engaged sales, advice and service team!

Reporting to the North Island Manager - Mobile sales and service team, and based from one of our Taranaki offices, this role is responsible for providing operational leadership to the local dedicated sales and service team, as well as leading the business plan and growth strategy for this region. This role plays a key role part in the coaching of the mobile regional sales team to continue to cultivate our high performing culture.

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about our people, our clients, and the local community as well as being driven to help shape FMG’s future!

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience leading & coaching successful sales professionals.
  • Strong business acumen, with experience in the financial services sector being essential
  • An affinity to both rural New Zealand, and the region being a bonus.
  • Experience in both influencing, building, and managing meaningful and strong relationships with both internal and external clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive a strong, values driven, engaged culture!
