Account Manager – Bidfresh Hamilton
We are looking for a commercially driven Account Manager to join our high-performing team and play a key role in growing market share, revenue, and customer value across our region.

About the Role
As the face of Bidfresh in your territory, you will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth through a combination of new business acquisition and strategic account management.
You will identify opportunities, close deals, and expand existing customer relationships by delivering value-led solutions that support your customers’ success — and ours.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Revenue & Growth
- Deliver against sales and gross profit targets
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities
- Actively prospect, cold call, and convert new business
- Grow territory market share and customer base
Manage & Grow Key Accounts
- Develop and execute account growth plans
- Increase share of wallet through upselling and cross-selling
- Strengthen long-term customer relationships
- Ensure high levels of service, retention, and satisfaction
Execute Commercially
- Lead the full sales cycle from needs analysis to close
- Negotiate pricing and terms to optimise profitability
- Deliver compelling, value-based sales conversations
- Identify and act on market and competitor opportunities
Collaborate & Deliver
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer outcomes
- Maintain accurate CRM reporting and pipeline tracking
- Contribute to a high-performance, results-driven team culture

- Proven track record in new business acquisition and consistently exceeding sales targets
- Relentless prospector – confident in cold calling, door knocking, and creating opportunities from scratch
- Strong closing ability with a high win rate and urgency to convert pipeline into revenue
- Highly commercial mindset with sharp focus on profitability, pricing discipline, and margin growth
- Demonstrated ability to build pipelines and hunt in competitive markets
- Resilient, driven, and comfortable handling rejection and pressure in a target-driven environment
- Skilled negotiator with the ability to influence decision-makers and win business away from competitors
