Provides specialist technical and administrative support for online programmes, maintaining Moodle courses, supporting academic staff and students, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality online learning.

A highly qualified, experienced and professional team delivering the New Zealand Diploma in Legal Executive Studies and the New Zealand Diploma in Conveyancing fully online. We are committed to providing high-quality teaching, exceptional student support, and industry-relevant learning.

  • Develop, code and maintain Moodle online learning resources
  • Provide timely technical and administrative support for online programmes 
  • Manage student records and programme documentation accurately 
  • Prepare and distribute information and resources to staff and students 
  • Build strong relationships across teams and contribute to process improvements

You bring:

Strong knowledge of online learning platforms (e.g., Moodle, coding and creation of online resources)

  • Certificate Level 4 qualification in Administration or equivalent experience 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and databases 
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills 
  • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain positive relationships
