Remuneration: $57,824 - $65,949 (excluding Kiwisaver)

Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | About the Role

Join Toi Ohomai Institute of Technology as an eLearning Assistant and play a key role in supporting high-quality online learning experiences. You’ll provide technical and administrative support to academic staff and students, ensuring smooth delivery of online programmes and maintaining learning resources.

Ngā mahi | Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely technical and administrative support for online programmes 

• Develop and maintain Moodle pages and online learning resources (including coding and creation) 

• Manage student records and programme documentation accurately 

• Prepare and distribute information and resources to staff and students 

• Build strong relationships across teams and contribute to process improvements

He kōrero mōu | About You

You bring:

• Certificate Level 4 qualification in Administration or equivalent experience 

• Strong knowledge of online learning platforms (e.g., Moodle, coding and creation of online resources) 

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and databases 

• Excellent time management and organisational skills 

• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain positive relationships
