CAL Isuzu is seeking an experienced Service Operations Manager to lead our Hamilton service department within one of New Zealand’s leading Isuzu dealerships.
This is an exciting time to join the business as our Hamilton dealership undergoes a major transformation, including the development of a modern, state-of-the-art facility designed to support the future of heavy commercial vehicle servicing in the Waikato. With a brand-new workshop, upgraded infrastructure, and continued investment in our people and operations, this role offers the opportunity to help shape the future direction of one of the region’s leading truck service operations.
We are specifically looking for someone with established leadership experience within the heavy commercial vehicle, truck, or transport industry.
We are looking for someone who has already operated successfully at Service Management level within the heavy transport, truck, or commercial vehicle industry. The successful candidate will bring strong operational leadership experience, commercial awareness, and the ability to lead a high-performing service department within a fast-paced dealership environment.
The Role
Based in our newly redeveloped Hamilton facility, this role is responsible for the overall operational leadership of the service department.
You will lead a sizeable team while driving productivity, profitability, customer satisfaction, and team culture across the department.
