We are seeking an experienced Senior Parts Consultant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled parts professional ready to step into a senior position, supporting both the team and wider business operations.

About the Role

As a Senior Parts Consultant, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the Parts Department. You’ll support the Parts Manager, help mentor team members, and ensure a high level of service is consistently delivered to both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert parts advice and support to customers and workshop staff 
  • Process parts sales across phone, email, and front counter (retail and trade) 
  • Assist with inventory control, stock management, and ordering 
  • Support the Parts Manager with daily operations and team coordination 
  • Mentor and guide team members 
  • Ensure accuracy in parts interpretation, invoicing, and dispatch 
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and performance 

About You

You’re an experienced Parts Consultant ready to step up, or already operating at a senior level. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering excellent customer service.

You will bring:

  • Strong experience in parts sales, ideally within automotive or heavy transport 
  • Sound knowledge of parts systems and inventory processes 
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail 
  • Confidence in dealing with a wide range of customers 
  • The ability to support and guide others in the team 
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills 
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
