Te Taiwhenua o Heretaunga (TToH) is looking for an experienced Youth Support Worker to join our Rangatahi services team based in Heretaunga.
This is a full-time permanent role, working Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm (40 hours per week).
This role focuses on supporting young people receiving the Youth Payment (YP) and Young Parent Payment (YPP).
You will help them navigate challenges, access support, and work towards employment and independence.

About the Role:
You will work directly with Rangatahi and their whānau in the community. You'll support them to identify goals, access entitlements, connect to services, and transition into education, training, or employment. Your mahi will make a real difference in the lives of young adults and their tamariki.
