Workshop Assistant
With five dealerships in the group, Rutherford & Bond Toyota, Porirua is looking for a Workshop Assistant to join our team!
About Us
We’re a market leading vehicle dealership, we pride ourselves on doing the simple things well and making it easy for our customers to do business with us. You would be part of our close-knit team, and be responsible for looking after the day-to-day presentation of our vehicles.
The Role rotates through our Grooming bay and Service & Parts department
· Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors in line with company standards
· Operate buffers, steamers, hoses, vacuums and other relevant equipment to help with the reconditioning and cleanliness of the vehicles
· Use cleaning, protective and restorative agents to maintain and enhance the appearance of vehicles
· Perform inspections and keeping complete, accurate records of the vehicles condition
· Move and park vehicles, delivering vehicles to correct locations or picking owners or drivers up if needed
· Parts & Service Support- Stock control, daily sales, invoicing and customer bookings
About You
· Great attention to detail
· Time management and organisation skills
· Strong work ethic and high energy levels
· A clean, full driver's license - ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles is essential
