We are seeking an experienced person to join our team and assist in the development and implementation of the Women's High Performance Pathway for New Zealand Rugby. This includes managing player development programmes with an emphasis on support, development and succession of high performance female players.
The role is an exciting one that includes the following areas of responsibility:
To be successful in this role you will have an understanding of the characteristics of effective high-performance athlete development pathways with proven experience implementing these.
