New Zealand Rugby (NZR), one of New Zealand’s largest sporting organisations, has an exciting opportunity in our High Performance team. We are seeking an experienced person to join our team and assist in the development and implementation of the Women's High Performance Pathway for New Zealand Rugby. This includes managing player development programmes with an emphasis on support, development and succession of high performance female players. 

The role is an exciting one that includes the following areas of responsibility:

  • Supporting NZ Rugby's female talent development pathway
  • Working across female age grade programmes and competitions
  • Providing support for Provincial Union Women's High Performance programmes
  • Ensuring the development needs of identified female players are addressed

To be successful in this role you will have an understanding of the characteristics of effective high-performance athlete development pathways with proven experience implementing these.
