Windscreen Technician
With five dealerships in the group, Rutherford & Bond Toyota, Wellington is looking for a Windscreen Technician to join our team!
About Us
We’re a market leading vehicle dealership, we pride ourselves on doing the simple things well and making it easy for our customers to do business with us. You would be part of our close-knit team, and be responsible for looking after the day-to-day presentation of our vehicles.
The Role
- Work with the Wellington Service Team to achieve and exceed agreed sales and profit targets
- Provide exceptional customer service to our customers
- Undertake all windscreen replacement and repairs on both Toyota and other vehicles
- Assisting in other areas of the Service Department such as Tyres, Wheel Alignments, Concierge
About You
- Eager to learn and develop in a fast paced environment
- High levels of accuracy with a quality focus
- Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic with high energy levels and enthusiasm
- A clean, full driver's license - ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles is essential
