Windscreen Technician
About our role
We are looking for a motivated individual who enjoys working on a range of high-class vehicles. The Windscreen Technician position will see you work Monday to Friday at our newly established and admired workshop in Hamilton, where we specialise in vehicles out of warranty of all makes and models. We are a one-stop automotive centre with the latest equipment for tyres and alignments, windscreen replacement, mechanical repairs, and warrant of fitness. Experience in vehicle windscreen repair or replacement would certainly assist your application however, we are happy to provide on the job training to the successful applicant.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensure that all windscreen repairs and replacements are carried out according to industry standards.
- Attention to detail, ensuring all windscreen repairs and replacements are carried out to high standards.
- Support and contribute to the effective operations of the workshop.
Skills & Experience
- A current clean full NZ Driver's Licence
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience would be to your advantage, However, training can be provided for the right applicant.
- Currently living in New Zealand and/or hold a valid work visa (if applicable)
- Friendly communicator with good English language skills and a high level of personal integrity.
