We are seeking a proactive and organised Wellbeing and Transport Coordinator to provide high-quality administrative support for inclusive, accessible, and effective mental health services and bus transport coordination for ākonga.
This role ensures mental health provision, workshop planning, and Toi Ohomai bus services are supported through efficient coordination, accurate record-keeping, and responsive communication.
You’ll enjoy variety and opportunities to connect with ākonga, kaimahi, and external providers across the Ākonga Success directorate.
Ngā mahi | Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate mental health service delivery and workshop scheduling
• Maintain accurate records for mental health and transport services
• Liaise with bus providers and manage ākonga registrations
• Communicate changes and updates to ākonga and kaimahi
• Compile data for reporting and continuous improvement
He kōrero mōu | About You
You bring:
• Level 5 Business Administration qualification or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in administrative coordination, ideally in education or student services
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and commitment to equity
• Ability to foster inclusive, culturally responsive environments
