Due to internal movement, we have a twelve-months fixed term role within one of our Integrated Practice Teams for an experienced and qualified peer support worker (Wellbeing Facilitator - Lived Experience Practitioner). You will use your excellent relationship skills, resilience and flexibility to provide community-based peer support to people across West Auckland. Using your own personal lived experience of mental distress and/or addiction challenges and recovery, you will support people to achieve positive goals in their lives.
