Mō te tūnga | About the Role

Working from our office in Northwest, our weekend coordinators work weekends and public holidays and are available for rostered shifts anywhere between 6.00am to 9.00pm, answering calls to ensure uninterrupted care for our clients by delivering responsive placement support services. We provide care to people who are elderly, have a physical disability, high medical needs and/or challenging behaviour. This is a fast-paced role in a busy environment that requires great organization skills and the ability to think on your feet. Excellent communication skills are essential for you to be able to work with a wide range of people the position comes into contact with on a daily basis.

  • Experience with rostering staff  and clients
  • Intermediate level data entry skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Problem solving skills combined  with the ability to provide responsive, person-centered solutions for our clients
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Database and administration skills
  • Excellent clear spoken and written English
  • Previous experience working in a call center (advantageous)
  • A calm, flexible attitude and the ability to multi task
  • Strong time management capabilities and the ability to work under pressure whilst remaining calm and professional
  • To be a great team player who enjoys supporting others in their work

Previous call center experience would be advantageous.
