This is a stand‑alone role that requires strong judgement, structure, and accountability, with support from the Manager for escalation and governance.

About the Role

You will be responsible for the end‑to‑end assessment and management of warranty claims, acting as the primary point of contact for dealerships.  You’ll make independent decisions within delegated authority, provide clear guidance, and work closely with internal teams to drive continuous improvement in products, processes, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and respond to warranty claims accurately and within agreed service levels
  • Make warranty decisions using policy, business rules, and sound commercial judgement
  • Support dealerships with clear guidance on warranty eligibility, processes, and next steps
  • Escalate complex, high‑risk, or out‑of‑authority claims with clear recommendations
  • Maintain accurate records to support reporting, audits, and analysis
  • Identify recurring warranty issues and contribute to product, process, and quality improvements
  • Build strong working relationships across Supply Chain, Operations, Design, QA, Production, Engineering, and Aftermarket

About You

  • Strong decision‑making skills with sound commercial judgement
  • Confident, clear communicator with a professional approach
  • High attention to detail and strong process discipline
  • Comfortable working autonomously within set guidelines
  • Resilient, solutions‑focused, and able to manage competing priorities
  • Committed to fairness, consistency, and continuous improvement

What We Offer

  • A trusted, autonomous role with clear authority and support
  • Opportunity to influence product and process improvements
  • Collaborative working environment across multiple functions
