This is a hands-on role suited to individuals who enjoy staying active, take pride in their work, and can be counted on to get the job done every day.
Hours:
Working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, you'll be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and moving stock while maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and teamwork. This is a physically demanding role that requires regular lifting and handling of products weighing up to 25kg.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to demonstrate:
✅ Proven warehouse or storeperson experience
✅ A strong track record of reliability and attendance
✅ Excellent physical fitness and the ability to safely lift up to 25kg on a regular basis
✅ The ability to work independently and use initiative
✅ Strong written and spoken English, numerical and communication skills
✅ Experience in a food distribution or similar warehouse environment (preferred)
✅ A clean criminal record
✅ Two contactable work referees
✅ New Zealand Permanent Residency or Citizenship
Bonus Points If You Have:
✅Hoist licence
✅Reach licence
While these licences are advantageous, they are not essential as full training and all required PPE will be provided.
