Do you want to be part of busy, fast paced, leading food Distribution Company, in New Zealand? Bidfood has a great opportunity for a permanent position in our warehouse team based at our distribution centre in Islington, Christchurch.
We are looking for a team player who shows initiative and is committed to developing their career in warehousing / logistics. If you are an enthusiastic person who loves early morning starts and early finishes then look no further. We are seeking an experienced Day shift warehouse all-rounder to join the team at Bidfood Christchurch.
This is a full time position. Monday to Friday and every second Saturday 07:00 am - 03:30 pm.
What you will be doing
- Replenishing stock on shelves in the Dry Store
- Includes helping out in the Inwards Goods area
What you need to bring to Bidfood
- Forklift/Reach or Aisle Master Experience is preferred
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Experience working in a food distribution or similar warehouse environment would be helpful
- Be physically fit frequent heavy lifting of up to 25 kg
- Reliability and punctuality
