Bidfood Auckland South is seeking an experienced Senior Warehouse Supervisor to help lead our Midshift operation. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for driving team performance, supporting supervisors, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring safe and efficient warehouse operations. 

What you'll do:

• Lead, coach, and support warehouse supervisors and team members. 
• Drive productivity, accuracy, and operational excellence. 
• Champion Health & Safety and Food Safety standards.
• Support rostering, training, and performance management.
