We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Warehouse Administrator to join our team, reporting directly to the Warehousing & Logistics Manager. 

About the Role:

This role involves actively supervising and supporting our dedicated warehouse team while coordinating working flow efficiency and productivity to align with boat manufacturing schedules and parts distribution.

In this role you will be actively achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy. A core responsibility of this role is to ensure that all inwards and outwards goods undergo thorough quality checks and adherence to  Stabicraft standards. In consultation with the Warehousing & Logistics Manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring adherence to process, implementing process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives that support both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities and Duties will also include:

  • Provide day-to-day guidance, coaching, and support to the warehouse team, encouraging a positive and productive work environment for the wider Stabicraft Team.
  • Lead Daily Toolbox Meetings 
  • Problem Solving
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving goods, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
  • Support a  strong safety culture, ensuring all team members adhere to safety protocols, use equipment correctly, and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Conduct regular safety checks.
  • Proactively identify and resolve operational issues such as discrepancies to minimize disruptions and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor team performance against daily targets and contribute to regular reporting on warehouse activities and metrics.
  • In consultation with the Warehouse and Logistics’ Manager actively seek opportunities for process enhancements, cost      reductions, and efficiency gains within the warehouse.
  • Working proactively with the wider Stabicraft Team supporting supply chain efficiencies.

This role is full time, 40 Hours a week (Ideally 7am-3.30pm).

About you:

We are looking for someone with:

  • Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Proven hands-on experience within a warehousing or stores environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Previous experience in a lead role is preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills with proven experience in inventory management systems
  • Full Drivers Licence is required, and a current Forklift Licence is preferred.
