Zealandia is currently seeking keen individuals to join our Visitor Sales Team. Key responsibilities of the team include running the day-to-day operations of the Visitor Desk, delivering high-quality customer service to 100,000+ visitors per annum and 15,000+ members, assisting with the operations of the retail store, and ensuring biosecurity is observed by all visitors.
The Visitor Sales and Enquiries team enhance the sanctuary experience by ensuring that visitors, members and volunteers are greeted professionally, and information given to them is tailored to their needs. They need to be skilled in the systems and databases we use at Zealandia as they have shared responsibility for customer service, data collection, sales and retail, bookings and ticketing and membership.
This role is casual and works to a 7-day roster. Ability to work over the Christmas/New Years’ period is essential (we are closed Christmas Day).
