Mō te tūranga: About the role
This is a new role primarily accountable for delivering a professional high-level service for the booking and management of our close encounters, responding to calls and emails and online queries, and ensuring our data base and record keeping is accurate and up to date.
This role will also take care of our online store.
From time to time the role will support our venues activities by monitoring email and responding to venue requests; and as needed joining our staff in the retail store.
This is set Monday to Friday role from 9am to 5:30pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunchbreak. The successful person will need to be able to work any public holidays that fall within those days.
