Village Evening Supervisor - Parkstone Village

Bring your skills, passion and expertise to provide an efficient and effective service to residents of a Bupa Care Services village apartments.   As well as assisting the Village Manager, you will help create a warm, friendly atmosphere and make sure residents always feel at home. This means helping residents by maintaining a high standard of service and  you’ll respond positively to challenges whilst assisting and creating a great rapport with all kinds of people, being an excellent listener and having the ability to empathise with our residents, family and friends will be at the forefront of your duties. Developing relationships and networking within the wider community is also a critical success factor and being phone and computer savvy would also be a bonus! 

This is a fixed term, part time position, where you will be required to work 4pm-10pm on Saturday & Sundays.
