Conveniently located in central Karori, the modern and stylish Huntleigh Home overlooks a sunny central courtyard and residents enjoy the easy indoor-outdoor living. A highlight for many residents and visitors is the fabulous shop and café. Known as the Trading Post, the shop is run by residents and volunteers. You’ll often find avid conversations happening in the café.

Mō te tūranga - About the role
As Village Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for welcoming new residents and assisting them with their transition into our Enliven community. This is a Part Time role, 09.00 - 15.30 Monday to Friday.
Once settled you will offer continued support to all our residents; ensuring that changes, updates, events and notices are effectively communicated and being a key point of contact for them. Please note you will also be required to drive the Home van for external activities.
This is a very busy role; adaptability and quick-thinking are skills that will be beneficial.

As well as a passion for the wellbeing of older people, you will be enthusiastic but patient and well organized with great interpersonal skills. You will share our values of empathy, compassion, and respect. A commitment to Enlivens Eden philosophy of care is a key component of this role.
