Bring your skills, passion and expertise to assist the Village Manager in the day to day operations of the retirement village. You will assist with specific orientation programs for new residents as well as provide and plan a range of activities and social programs alongside the Village Manager for all residents to encourage group and individual resident participation. You will have strong administration and communication skills and be flexible in your hours of work.
This position is fixed term position ( 6 months). You will ideally hold a first aid certificate and you will need to cope well under pressure with emergency situations as well as be organised, have the ability to multi-task and use initiative whilst still accepting direction where necessary.

This means helping new residents settle in and overseeing the day to day activities of the village. It’s about creating a rapport with all kinds of people, being an excellent listener and having the ability to empathize with residents, family and friends.
