 Veterinary Practice Manager   - SPCA Wellington

 Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: 40 hours/week – Rostered Mon-Fri between 8.00am and 5.00pm
Location: SPCA Wellington (140 Alexandra Rd, Newtown, Wellington)

About the Role: Are you an experienced veterinary nurse with a passion for leadership and animal welfare? Join the SPCA Wellington veterinary team as our Head Veterinary Nurse. 

In this role, you will lead a dedicated team of 6 Vet Nurses, ensuring the highest standards of care and treatment for our animals. This position uniquely blends clinical leadership with administrative duties, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You'll also have the opportunity to lead projects to improve hospital system, in collaboration with the Head Vet and implement these enhancements. 

Additionally, you'll have the flexibility to organize community events, identifying and addressing gaps to further our mission and expand our outreach. 

This role also offers an excellent opportunity to further develop and strengthen your nursing and leadership skills in a supportive and impactful setting.
