About the Role
You’ll represent Ford, one of New Zealand’s most trusted and iconic automotive brands. This role includes rostered weekend work and offers a balance of autonomy, team support, and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell new and used Ford vehicles
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first enquiry to post-sale follow-up
- Build and manage your customer base through referrals and repeat business
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and lead management
- Ensure the showroom and vehicle displays reflect the Ford brand standard
What You’ll Bring
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience (automotive preferred but not essential)
- A positive, energetic, people-first approach
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence using CRM systems and following structured sales processes
- A current NZ driver’s licence
- NZ work rights
