About the Role

We are looking for a polished, driven Vehicle Sales Consultant to join the team at Mercedes-Benz Auckland. You will be the face of a world-leading brand, delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales excellence. This is a full-time role and includes rostered weekend work.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell new and used Mercedes-Benz vehicles to discerning clients.
• Deliver a luxury-level customer experience from first contact through to handover.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive referrals and repeat business.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Follow up leads through our CRM and manage your client database with care.
• Uphold the highest presentation standards across all vehicle stock and displays.

What You'll Bring

• Proven sales experience, ideally in luxury or high-value retail or automotive.
• Proven new vehicle sales success within a franchise dealership is an advantage.
• Chinese language skills and community networks are an advantage.
• Experience in an agency-based sales environment is an advantage.
• A customer-first mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A proactive, goal-oriented attitude with a genuine drive to exceed expectations.
• Professional presentation and the ability to represent the Mercedes-Benz brand with pride.
• A valid NZ driver's licence and the right to work in New Zealand.
