Hawkes Bay Toyota Napier has an opportunity for a hardworking, reliable, individual to join our team as a Service Groomer.

This is a permanent, full-time role (Monday–Friday, 7.30am–5:15pm).  

In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring customer vehicles passing through our Service Department are returned clean, tidy, and ready for collection. You'll also play an important part in delivering an exceptional customer experience by assisting with customer transport throughout the day. 

Key responsibilities:

• Washing and, when needed, vacuuming customer vehicles following service work.
• Maintaining a high standard of presentation for all vehicles leaving the workshop.
• Transporting customers to and from the dealership as required.
• Assisting with vehicle pick-ups and drop-offs.
• Supporting the wider Service team with general duties as needed.

 This is an important position, as the care and presentation of our customers' vehicles directly contributes to their overall experience with our dealership

Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential, as full training and support will be provided.
