Vehicle Groomer
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a keen eye for detail? We are currently seeking a Vehicle Groomer to join our friendly team at our Mercedes-Benz dealership in Newmarket, Auckland.
About the Role:
As a Vehicle Groomer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and maintaining impeccable vehicle presentation for our elite clientele. This is a Monday to Friday plus rostered Saturday position that offers a dynamic work environment within the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service and create exceptional customer experiences
- Execute superior detailing work to achieve client satisfaction
- Maintain high standards of vehicle presentation to our service and sales vehicles
Skills & Qualifications:
- Valid New Zealand Driver's Licence (manual driving capability preferred)
- Interest in the automotive sector
- Previous vehicle grooming experience is advantageous (training will be provided)
- Strong attention to detail
- Current residency in New Zealand with a valid work visa
- Excellent communication skills in English with a focus on integrity
