The Opportunity
As our Value Stream Lead, you’ll be a critical part of that journey, operating at the intersection of leadership, strategy, and delivery.
Reporting directly to the Chief Digital Officer (CDO), the Value Stream Lead holds a pivotal senior leadership role, accountable for delivering enterprise-wide change aligned with one of TSB’s key strategic priorities. You’ll lead a cross-functional group of Product Owners and delivery teams, ensuring that each mission within the value stream is properly resourced, focused, and empowered to deliver outcomes with measurable business impact.
You’ll play a leadership role across the enterprise—shaping strategic planning, influencing prioritisation, and ensuring capacity aligns with our quarterly objectives and key results (OKRs). This role is deeply connected to the enterprise rhythm and is instrumental in advancing TSB’s transformation ambitions.
Who are you?
- A seasoned delivery and change leader with 7+ years’ experience in enterprise agile delivery models (e.g., value streams, tribes, or release trains).
- A confident leader and communicator who can operate at executive level—shaping conversations, managing complexity, and influencing outcomes across the organisation.
- Proven success in leading agile teams to deliver transformation across product, technology, customer experience, and compliance in regulated sectors.
- Deeply experienced in working with OKR frameworks, enterprise planning, and driving performance through measurable outcomes.
- Passionate about building high-performing teams, optimising delivery flow, and enabling strategic change at scale.
What you will be responsible for:
- Leading a strategically critical Value Stream, ensuring the successful delivery of all missions and outcomes within quarterly cadences.
- Partnering with executive and senior leaders to ensure resource alignment, investment prioritisation, and flow of value across all initiatives.
- Driving enterprise performance through insights into capacity, velocity, and delivery effectiveness—ensuring the right teams are doing the right work at the right time.
- Coaching and developing Product Owners and delivery leaders, fostering a high-performing, empowered, and agile culture.
- Playing a key role in shaping and evolving TSB’s enterprise change operating model.
