Our supportive and motivated team at George Manning Lifecare & Village are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Unit Coordinator. Supported and working in collaboration with the Clinical Services Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-level clinical leadership and support to clinical and care staff, ensuring the delivery of the highest standard of care is provided to residents. You will be actively involved in and mentoring others to develop and monitor care plans, carry out clinical assessments, and act as a trusted liaison between families, GPs and other stakeholders.
You will be provided with a wide range of specialist pathways and leadership and management development in a high-trust, empowering environment where you can grow.
