Toyota Parts Advisor
Hawke’s Bay Toyota Hastings is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our busy Parts Department. If you have a background in automotive parts or the motor industry and take pride in providing great service, we want to hear from you.
As a Parts Advisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting our technicians, trade customers, and retail clients with the right parts and advice. You’ll be joining a high-performing, friendly team backed by the strength and reputation of Toyota – New Zealand’s most trusted automotive brand.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers
- Identifying and sourcing the correct parts efficiently and accurately
- Processing orders, managing inventory, and maintaining stock levels
- Working collaboratively with our Service and Sales departments to ensure a smooth workflow
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in an automotive parts or motor trade environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Great communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency with computers and inventory systems
- A clean NZ driver’s licence and NZ residency
