Working on behalf of Anker Innovations, a global leader in smart charging technologies and a developer of consumer products for the home, car and more.

This is being led by its 5 key brands: ANKER, EUFY, NEBULA, ROAV, SOUNDCORE, and our products are being ranged by JB HiFi, Harvey Norman, PB Tech, Super Cheap Auto etc.

This role based in Auckland is country wide and requires travel (with car allowance)

It is a permanent part time role - 4 days a week 

Purpose of role:

As a Territory Specialist, you will primarily be responsible for planning and developing a strategy for Anker’s

entire product range & offerings at an in-store sales and display level:

•Display merchandising

•Sales data analysing to identify trends and potential risks and opportunities

•Product Training to retail staff members.

•Experiential events including New Product Launches & Promotional events (if required)

You will also be responsible for liaising, training and assisting team members across Retailers to increase product knowledge & sales.


1. Key Duties & Responsibilities:

You will need to:

•Merchandising Anker in store product displays

•Analysing past sales & SOH figures/trends to anticipate future product needs.

•Negotiate additional, over and beyond space for Anker products

•Provide Sales support whilst in store

•Display an utmost focus on professionalism and understanding with potential customers

•Attend product induction and ad-hoc product/sales support training as required

•Promote the Anker brand image in a positive manner

•Plan, manage & visit stores on a daily basis

Report back to the Client Services Manager and Anker Sales & Operations Manager ANZ as required and provide any feedback/suggestions for improvements for campaigns using internal reporting platform

•Maintain and manage hardware (tablets etc.) provided to assist customers

•Travel between Key stores on a daily basis as planner per month

•Use Skype/other digital tools to liaise

•As required complete regional  travel 

•Complete any administration/reporting for day activities as required

•Complete any other requested tasks by the Client Services Manager and Anker Sales & Operations Manager ANZ

Report back to the Client Services Manager and Anker Sales & Operations Manager ANZ as required and provide any feedback/suggestions for improvements for campaigns using internal reporting platform


Background Criteria

•Previous Brand Ambassador and/or representative experience preferred

•Electronic devices and/or sales experience preferred but not necessary

•Resilience under pressure

•Passion and capability with technology and hardware

•Ability to communicate with different types of customers

•Stakeholder engagement and relationship building

•Comfortable in a highly autonomous role

•Ability to travel around NZ on a frequent basis

•Previous experience in Field Marketing or POS Marketing

•Previous experience in autonomous roles

•Proficiency with tablets, technology and internet products

•Full NZ Driver’s License
