Immediate start for this an experienced Telehandler Operator is required for this fixed term position based in the vicinity of the Christchurch Airport.
This construction site is building the biggest solar farm in NZ hourly rate depends on experience, but you can expect between $28 - $35 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate Telehandlers.
- In down time support the team with electrical labour.
- Adhere to strict health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Essential Requirements:
- Significant experience working in Telehandler operation.
- Must be fit, strong, and capable of working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Hold the relevant Licences and Endorsements:
- Full New Zealand Driver’s Licence (Class 1)
- NZQA Unit Standard 23637 – Operate a Telehandler (General use)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
- Ready to start early mornings and commit to the job's demands.
